Teams are the engines of organisations. Many struggle to get to full speed and result in wheel spinning. Our work with teams focuses on composition (getting the right people on the team and the wrong people off it); governance (a rhythm of preparation and meetings that work); and behaviours (high support and high challenge routines that enable rapid problem solving and execution).
